Montreal's Mayor Gerald Tremblay's Proclamation and Resolution
of the 1932-33 Famine-Genocide in Soviet Ukraine to be held
Friday, November 21 at 3:30 p.m.
at the main entrance, main hall.

Commemorating the Famine of 1932-1933.
The Montreal UCC Branch sponsored a memorial to the millions
who perished in the man-made famine in Soviet Ukraine in 1932-33.
The ceremony was held at the monument to 20th century genocides
"La Reparation", located at the corner of Henri-Bourassa & L'Acadie
in Montreal, on Saturday, November 27th, 1999, at 1:00 p.m.
Also, in the evening a Solemn Oratory Program took place at the
Ukrainian Youth Center, 3270 Beaubien est, at 7:00 p.m.
