Zytynsky's Deli was founded in Montreal by a master Ukrainian sausage maker
in 1922. Using his own original recipes, he established a standard
of production quality that is still proudly maintained by the present third
generation of the Zytynsky family.
All our products are inspected under Ministry of Agriculture of Canada
guidelines; but all must pass our own stringent tests of tenderness and
flavor.
